1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Rates apply to the Continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers: contact us for a shipping quote.

4. Where We Ship

Note: We do not currently ship the Somatic Spray (kratom product). It will be available at a later date.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.

7. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

8. International Shipping

For international orders of the Field Manual (print), Lulu Direct handles customs, duties, and international postage. You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
